At Delko, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. OUR 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- It must be in the original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Perishable goods such as food or consumables
- Downloadable or digital products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
3. DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will resolve this promptly by offering a full refund, replacement, or store credit — whichever you prefer.
4. HOW TO START A RETURN
Do not send items back without contacting us first as we may not be able to process your return.
Step 1: Email us at support@delkoshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Step 3: Send the item back using a tracked shipping method.
Step 4: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or was sent incorrectly. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us.
6. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank before contacting us.
7. PARTIAL REFUNDS
In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted:
- Items that show obvious signs of use
- Items returned with missing parts or packaging
- Items returned outside of the 30-day window in exceptional circumstances at our discretion
8. EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you want is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly and once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you would need to follow the standard return process once the item arrives.
10. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund and it has been more than 10 business days since we confirmed it was processed, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider as processing times vary
- Contact your bank as there is often a processing period before a refund is posted
- If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@delkoshop.com
11. GOVERNING LAW
This policy is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. As a UK-based business, we comply fully with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which give you the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason. Our 30-day policy goes above and beyond the legal minimum.
