At Delko, we want to be completely transparent about how we ship our products. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. HOW WE FULFIL ORDERS
Delko is a dropshipping store. This means that when you place an order, it is fulfilled and shipped directly by our suppliers on our behalf. Our suppliers may be based in the UK or overseas. This allows us to offer a wide range of products at competitive prices.
What this means for you:
- Your order may be shipped from outside the UK
- Delivery times may be longer than traditional UK retailers
- Your parcel may not include branded Delko packaging
- You may receive multiple parcels if you order more than one item, as products may come from different suppliers
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.
3. SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
UK Delivery:
- Standard Shipping: 7 to 15 business days
- Express Shipping (where available): 3 to 7 business days
International Delivery:
- Standard Shipping: 14 to 30 business days
- Express Shipping (where available): 7 to 14 business days
Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times can vary depending on your location, the supplier, customs processing, and postal service delays.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the product ordered. Free shipping may be available on selected products or orders over a certain value — this will be clearly displayed on the product page and at checkout.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update.
If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of your order being confirmed, please contact us at support@delkoshop.com.
6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT CHARGES
As some of our products are shipped from overseas, your order may be subject to customs inspection. Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that are applied by your country's customs authority are entirely the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
If you are unsure about customs charges in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.

7. LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please take the following steps:
Step 1: Check your tracking information for any updates or attempted delivery notices.
Step 2: Check with your local post office or delivery depot as parcels are sometimes held there.
Step 3: Check with neighbours in case the parcel was left with them.
Step 4: If you are still unable to locate your parcel, contact us at support@delkoshop.com and we will investigate with the supplier and courier.
We will do our best to resolve lost parcel issues as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 30 business days from the dispatch date before reporting a parcel as lost, as international parcels can sometimes take longer than expected.
8. WRONG ADDRESS
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If you realise you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@delkoshop.com. We will do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.
If your order has already been dispatched to an incorrect address provided by you, we cannot be held responsible and may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
9. FAILED DELIVERIES
If a delivery attempt is made and you are not available, the courier will typically leave a delivery notice with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery caused by an incorrect address or failure to collect, you may be charged for redelivery.
10. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Some products may not be available for delivery to all locations due to supplier or shipping restrictions. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.
11. SPLIT SHIPMENTS
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different suppliers and arrive at different times. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless clearly stated at checkout.
12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We recommend checking this page periodically.
